For inquires of all orders and returns, please contact customer service asap before making changes on PayPal to ensure the least complicated/fastest solution.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Please provide photos for proof in your return/refund inquiry so we can assist you with utmost care. This is compulsory for every inquiry, and we won’t resolve cases without providing photos/videos.

What would I do if I received the wrong order?

It is Fancì Club’s mission and responsibility to help you to find your fit and proceed with your orders with utmost care. Therefore, we sincerely apologise if you have received the wrong orders.

Return to exchange requirements:

Wrong orders purchased on are eligible for free return to exchange within 7 days after customers receive the package. However, Fancì Club reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the following requirements.

–   Our customer care was notified of any delivery discrepancies within 5 days of package arrival.

–   Item is returned in original condition and with tag and original packaging. (All RETURNS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED)

Items exchanged upon individual requirements are currently unavailable so please be very precise in the cart’s special instructions about your measurements.

We are not responsible for damaged products due to delivery. You may return the item to the following address by any transport service providing us with the item’s tracking number.
