Standard service 50$: 7-14 Business days (excluding up to 14 Business days of preparation)*
Express service 90$: 5-7 Business days (excluding up to 14 Business days of preparation)*
However, Zone 9 and Zone 10 shipping might meet additional fees. keep in mind before you order and help us guide you through the process with communication, please keep us posted as well.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the custom tax and fee. Please be aware that the shipping fee excludes the customs duties, which varied from different countries. To find out the exact amount, please refer to your custom and duties information provided by official government website.
If you select express shipping in Europe (including the UK), you must provide an EORI number/VAT number (or any evidence of owning/representing a business) to proceed. Otherwise, we will automatically apply standard shipping to your order.
All orders to Brazil must provide CNPJ/CPF number to proceed. This is mandatory as required by the Brazilian custom border. Please ensure you include this information in the special note during check-out to avoid any time-consuming incident.
The customer’s responsibility is to provide us complete and correct shipping information (EORI number/Tax Identification number/CNPJ/CPF number if required). Order with missing or incorrect information (address, contact number) will expect a slight delay from the promised delivery time. We do not take responsibility for late delivery due to the reasons above.
All orders are hand-made to fit you perfectly. So each order will go through up to 14 business days of making/preparation time until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping. Shipping start processing and tracking numbers will be available from 2-3 days after the order is shipped out.

All orders will incorrect/missing delivery address, email, and contact number will experience a slight delay in delivery. Inputing incorrect email will also result failing to receive our confirmation and notification email. Please ensure you input everything correctly to allow the smoothest shipping process.
Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
NOTE for Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Unless the customer receive a confirmation of guaranteed delivery date via email/DM, we will not promise to deliver according to the target date note in the special note section. Please send us an email/DM to confirm whether the target shipping date is possible. No refund will be accepted if the customer fail to inform us in prior to the purchase.
Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner and it’s the responsibilities of the shipping company and the buyer’s local courier.
Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery or duty fee; it is the buyer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorised agent signature, and pay the duty fee in the timely manner.
