What is customer’s responsibility?
  • Customers are responsible for failed delivery attempts. We won’t refund if our customers are unable to receive the item without prior notice.
  • Please do not return any items without our confirmation. We will not issue any refund or exchange under this circumstance.
  • The customer’s responsibility is to provide us with complete and correct shipping information (and documentation if needed). Orders with missing or incorrect information (address, contact number) will expect a delay from the promised delivery time. Please understand that this procedure is very time-consuming and might cause extreme delay; thus, please ensure you have all the correct information before confirming your order. We do not take responsibility for late delivery due to the reasons above, including refunding the order.
What do I need to provide when I request for a return?
  • For damaged items, please provide an unboxing video. We won’t resolve cases without providing unboxing videos.
  • For unfit items, please provide the measurements and fitting photos for further investigation. 
Under what circumstance am I allowed to exchanges/refunds?
  • Only manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered items purchased on fanciclub.com are eligible for return.
  • Clothing lines are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANEGABLE unless they are manufactured flaws, wrongly delivered, or made-to-measure. Unfit items are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANEGABLE unless consulted with us before the purchase.
  • Jewellery is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
  • Accessories (bags, shoes, choker, gloves) are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they are manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered.
  • Items purchased during promotion/sale period are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
  • Customers must inform us regarding any issues with the order within 7 days after receiving the order. We will not process any request after that period of time.
  • Shipping fee is non-refundable except for orders cancel within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
  • We only accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours after your purchase. We will automatically reject any request that does not meet this deadline.
Can I return/exchange if my order is unfit?
  • We DO NOT accept refund/return requests for unfit items. Please check the size guide carefully as well as consult with our customer service team before purchasing. Customers may also prevent this by consulting with our customer support team via customerservice@fanciclub.com to avoid any confusion/misunderstanding.
Can I return if my order does not arrive on time?
  • Unless the customer consults with us prior and gets our confirmation, we will not allow returns under any circumstance. 
  • We do not guarantee delivery date for standard shipping orders.
