Shipping & Delivery
Signature Required Delivery is a shipping option where the carrier (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) requires a signature from the recipient upon delivery. This ensures that the package is handed directly to someone at the delivery address, offering added security.
During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options. Simply choose “Signature Required” to have your order delivered securely with a signature confirmation.
If you do not select Signature Required Delivery, the carrier may leave your package at your doorstep, mailbox, or another location at their discretion. While the carrier will typically provide tracking information, the risk of the package being lost, stolen, or damaged is higher when a signature is not required.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they select Signature Required Delivery if they want added security for their order.
If you have any delivery instructions such as door code or where to place the order, please kindly contact the courier directly to give the instructions. Please do not give us this information since we will not be able to include this information in your order during the shipping process.
- All orders shipped to Brazil must provide a CNPJ/CPF number to proceed. This is mandatory as required by the Brazilian customs border. Please ensure you include this information in the special note during check-out to avoid any time-consuming incident.
- All orders will incorrect/missing delivery addresses, emails, and contact numbers will experience a slight delay in delivery. Inputting an incorrect email will also result in failing to receive our confirmation and notification email. Please ensure you input everything correctly to allow for the smoothest shipping process.
- Orders returned to sender due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
- We only guarantee delivery date for express shipping method. Customers order with standard shipping will not be guaranteed urgent delivery.
- Unless the customer receives a confirmation of the guaranteed delivery date via email/DM, we will not promise to deliver according to the target date note in the special note section. Please send us an email/DM to confirm whether the target shipping date is possible. No refund will be accepted if the customer fails to inform us prior to the purchase.
- Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery or duty fee; it is the buyer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorised agent signature, and pay the duty fee in a timely manner. Please check your email constantly to avoid missing important notices from the courier.
- Promise delivery dates may be varied with the customs checking progress.
Fancì Club offers worldwide shipping with tracking numbers and 2 rates of shipping cost:
- Standard service 35$: 7-14 Business days (excluding up to 7 business days of in-house preparation)*
- Express service 70$: 5-7 Business days (excluding up to 7 business days of in-house preparation)*
- Free standard shipping for orders valued over $1000. The express service remains the same value of $70.
- Express shipping will applied for certain countries. More details are available during the check-out process.
- Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside of Vietnam. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
- To find out the exact amount, please refer to your customs and duties information provided by the official government website.
- Our online store delivers internationally. You can find the list of available locations through the “Country” menu at check-out. Please contact our Customer Support Team at customerservice@fanciclub.com if you have any additional questions.
- After 7 business days of in-house preparation, your order will be processed by the courier. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The regular processing time is between 1-3 business days, and the estimated delivery time depends on the country and selected shipping method. For standard shipping, you should have your order from 7-10 business days, total of 17 days until your order arrive. For express shipping, you should have your order within 5-7 business days, total of 14 days until your order arrive.
- Pre-order items will take up to 14 business days of production, total of 1 – 1.5 months for standard shipping and 1 month for express shipping.
- We do not guarantee delivery date request for standard shipping order.
- IMPORTANT: Due to high demand, the Hand-embroidered Rose Mini Skirt production time will be extend to 14 business days.
- All orders are hand-made to fit you perfectly. Each order will go through up to 7-11 days of making/preparation time until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping. Orders with made-to-measure option will require 14 days of production maximum. The tracking numbers will be available from 1-2 days after the order is shipped out.
- For custom orders, please ensure to provide the required measurements for your items when placing the order to avoid delay. Please check your email constantly after your purchase in case our team is reaching to for further information.
